If a package is reasonably confirmed as lost, Newgenix Evolution may provide a reshipment, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, routing issues, or high shipment volume may not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
We may be able to update or cancel an order before it enters processing or fulfillment. However, once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
